  Well, I will no longer shop at Banana Republic again, there are Express, Tommy, Polo, J Crew and others down the block, which carry much better servicers throughout that carry very competitive styles & price without giving customers sour faces and throwing you a fit at checkout! Horrendous Customer Service from this old white lady at the cashier! She was giving us a hard time for using Banana Republic discount coupons and was having an serious attitude issue. No a single smile throughout the transaction, nor there a word of appreciation! When I tried to inquire about typical discounting question her answered with an attitude. I was spending hundreds and she made the whole purchasing experience terrible. Like she was doing me a huge favor for buying from her! Items was just OK there amid lack of sizes, all the younger store associates wear a smile and are very nice, but this old lady is giving customers a fit for their day, and pushing customers out the door as like she was to shut the store down.

  Really poorly managed. If you can avoid it I would. I just flat out left after being ignored in line by every worker in the store for over 5 minutes. My only regret is that I didnt just walk out the door with my stuff without paying.
